Case study #1 - Each month this client had to print approximately 400,000 statements and 8000 checks, manually match the checks to the statements and then manually insert everything into 12,000 envelopes and mail, all within a four day window. In addition, several hundred packages had to be manually identified and pulled for special handling. Each month, employees from throughout the company were pulled off their jobs to help in this tedious, time consuming, error prone task that by contract had to be completed within the four day window. We designed and implemented an automated system to handle all the data processing, check / statement matching, special pulls and presorting for postage discount, thereby eliminating any manual handling of the job and reducing the time and cost associated with processing the job. Since then, we have designed and implemented two other programs, one involving 10,000 weekly bills and the other involving thousands of yearend tax forms.

Case study #2 - Starting a new bank requires many things, one being hundreds of new forms. We helped a bank get started, meeting with them months before they were opened to the public, presenting samples of everything they would need to begin operations, going through countless designs and proofs and finally printing and delivering everything in time for their grand opening. Since then, as they have grown, we've helped them with inventory control and group ordering to help control their costs.

Case study #3 - This client had been purchasing hundreds of forms from several different vendors in all different sizes and colors which prevented them from achieving any economies of scale. We put together a program to standardize the majority of their forms into four sizes, started to inventory all their items, built usage history and ended up with four large group orders per year, instead of hundreds of individual orders.

Case study #4 - This client had been using four separate labels and forms to complete their shipping process. We combined their packing list, shipping label, return authorization label and invoice into one creatively designed pattern adhesive label that replaced all four items, savings thousands of dollars and hundreds of man hours.
